Machines carry a twelve month warranty covering parts plus labour. Diagnostics carry six months. Warranty work is handled locally by our technicians, so a faulty unit does not leave the country.
Stocked items ordered before 14:00 leave the Harare hub the same day. Other cities receive parcels within two working days. Imported machines follow the weekly freight cycle, usually seven to fourteen days from order confirmation.
