Coverage and delivery charges
Delivery charges are indicative and subject to change with fuel, route and parcel weight. The final charge is always confirmed before dispatch. Collection at the Harare hub remains free of charge and can be arranged directly by the buyer at a time that suits. Beds, couches and other bulky equipment move by vehicle at a rate quoted before dispatch.

OMNI Medical Supplies was founded in 2024 by Mutsawashe Tapfumanei around one observation. Zimbabwean clinicians rarely lack skill. They lack the parts, the machines and the uniforms arriving when promised. We closed that gap with a short supply chain, honest landed pricing in United States dollars, and a delivery network that answers a message within minutes.
We serve central hospitals, mission clinics, private surgeries, laboratories and students beginning their first rotation. The same care goes into a single stethoscope as into a theatre fit out.

How we work
The answers procurement officers ask for most. Anything further, our desk replies on WhatsApp within the hour.
Pricing is quoted in United States dollars. We accept EcoCash USD, bank transfer, cash on delivery for smaller orders, and institutional purchase orders with agreed terms. A proforma invoice is issued before any machine is released for freight.
Yes. Catalogue prices are landed prices. Air or sea freight, clearing agent charges and ZIMRA duty are already inside the figure shown, so no surprise charge appears at delivery. Delivery inside Zimbabwe is the only separate line, and it is stated before you confirm.
Machines carry a twelve month warranty covering parts and labour. Diagnostics carry six months. Warranty work is handled locally by our technicians, so a faulty unit does not leave the country.
Yes. Choose collection at checkout, then arrange a convenient time with our desk on WhatsApp. Collection at the Harare hub carries no charge, and orders are packed and waiting under your reference number.
Stocked items ordered before 14:00 leave the Harare hub the same day. Other cities receive parcels within two working days. Imported machines follow the weekly freight cycle, usually seven to fourteen days from order confirmation.
Yes. Send the equipment schedule and the room drawings. We return a costed fit out covering supply, installation, commissioning, staff orientation and a service plan for the first year.
One set. Embroidery is included in the listed price. Departments or student cohorts ordering ten sets or more receive tiered pricing and a mixed size carton prepared per ward or per class.
